Restore Justice is dedicated to making effecting positive change at the community level. Through our diverse initiatives, we strive to support the well-being of all people impacted by the criminal legal system, including those currently incarcerated, returning citizens and their loved ones.
Communities and Relatives of Illinois Incarcerated Children (CRIIC) has helped loved ones navigate the prison system in the state. It’s given them a place to share, mourn, and rejoice in all the pitfalls and victories experienced by loved ones as they try to build a life around having someone ‘inside.’

The Returning Citizens Network (RCN) is a helpful resource for the re-entry journey. Having a network that is dedicated to finding ways that help impacted individuals productively navigate their re-entry is much needed. There is healing in being able to return home to a community of people who understand the journey that no one else understands.
