Jobs, Internships, and Volunteering

Restore Justice was founded in 2015 by a group of seasoned advocates—including former Human Rights Watch staff and public defenders, inmate and victim family members, and formerly incarcerated people—because we believe every human being deserves dignity, even those who have committed serious crimes. We work toward a day when the criminal justice system in Illinois treats every case as an opportunity to heal individuals and communities.

Are you ready to apply your talents to make a difference for incarcerated individuals and their families? Do you want to be challenged all the time at work,  learn a ton of stuff, have a lot of fun, be inspired frequently, and make a significant impact?  Join us!

Please Note

  • We are currently accepting internship applications for Spring 2022 (to begin in or around January). Send resume and letter to jobs@restorejustice.org with “Internship” in the subject line.
