Florida (May 2010) <\/h3>\n                \n                \n                                    <div class=\"wysiwyg pt-7\">\n                        <p>The Court held that the Eighth Amendment prohibits life without parole sentences for children, 18 years old and under, who commit non-homicide crimes.
